Step TRUTNOV has built a biomass-fired power plant, the first of its kind in Europe A 100% Czech company operating in the local market for over 20 years, Step TRUTNOV has gathered a lot of experience during this period, becoming a leading manufacturer of biomass-fired boilers in the Czech Republic.

Winners to Be Celebrated at Gala Banquet on 14 October in Barcelona, Spain.

Step TRUTNOV participated on an agricultural fair in Serbia for a first time. The presented product was a boiler for burning whole bales of straw, at the capacity of 190 kW. Furthermore, Step TRUTNOV stand was visited by Minister for economy, employment and equal opportunities, of the autonomous region of Vojvodina, Miroslav Vasin. Minister was very interested in the technology and production program of Step TRUTNOV and environmentally friendly approach of the company.

Prague, 28 February 2013 - Step TRUTNOV plc became participants in this year's Czech Innovation that took place in February earlier this year. The programme of this competition, attended by the company for the first time, was accompanied by a "festival of innovations", which attracted as many as five hundred visitors.

Praha, 8th November 2012 - Step TRUTNOV Company has participated for the first time in the TOP Odpovedna firma (TOP Responsible Company), which was held for the ninth time. Prestigious award for responsible business has declassified this year's winners at a gala ceremony at the Czech National Bank. In addition, a record number of 80 companies have competed this year. Moreover, these companies will be able to compete at the European level.

The European Business Awards (www.businessawardseurope.com) has announced today that Step TRUTNOV is to represent Czech Republic as a National Champion in the prestigious 2012/13 Awards programme.

Last week, Step TRUTNOV received a rare visit consisting of Martin Bursík, ex-minister and chairman of the Chamber of Renewable Energy Sources, and Jan Habarta, a representative of CZ Biom. The aim of the joint meeting was to introduce and show the Company's unexampled products in the sector of combustion of different types of biomass.
